Stitch homes for Dagenham

Stitch has submitted plans for a 149-unit residential scheme in Dagenham, east London. The £22 million Goresbrook Village project (pictured) for Countryside Properties and the borough of Barking & Dagenham replaces three tower blocks. Stitch said: "We focused on the street experience and personality created by variations in roof form, materials and textures." The scheme is set to feature as part of the NLA's Housing London exhibition, which opens on October 31.
