Council blocks Fat and Perry's Essex holiday home

Fat's plans for a two-bedroom holiday home in Essex designed in collaboration with artist Grayson Perry have been blocked by Ten-dring councillors. The house, designed for Alain de Botton's Living Architecture, would have been the latest in a series of architect-designed holiday homes for the social enterprise. Fat said it would resubmit the plans with more detail in a bid to satisfy councillors'concerns.
