When we established the practice we decided that we should invest substantially in IT and maintain a proactive attitude towards the office computers so our team has the proper tools available to be productive and creative. What's the point in having talented staff staring blankly into space as the hardware struggles to keep up? As a result we allocate a decent amount of money to upgrading hardware and software. We've also established a rigorous file and drawing structure, enshrined in the office manual- a legacy of our previous employment.
