When all is said and done, the $30 billion Comcast-NBC Universal deal will probably be approved, unless activist groups can convince regulators that access to online is a game-changer or that there is more horizontal concentration than it appears.rnBut the deal likely won't go through without additional conditions (Comcast as much as conceded that by adding a condition during the hearings) and certainly not without plenty of Alka-Seltzer for both companies' top executives.
