Anson Tebbetts was named news director at the CBS affiliate in 2009, following Marselis Parsons' retirement. Tebbetts, who was a bureau chief at WCAX before a run as Vermont's deputy secretary of agriculture, was the station's fourth news director in 55 years, according to Peter Martin, president and general manager. "We value stability and our audience values stability," says Martin.
