As Comcast's "Multicultural Maven," Ruben Mendiola knows the importance of serving this fast-growing customer base. "It's important to have programming where people can see themselves," he said. Last January, Mendiola was hired by Comcast to create a new division to serve the multicultural audience, and so far, so good. "1 believe that the public has been very, very receptive of what we have been doing."
