It's tough replacing an industry legend, but that's just what Emilio Romano had to do in 2011 when he took over for Telemundo's longtime leader, Don Browne. Even so, it's safe to say that NBCUniversal-owned Telemundo has been pleased with the first 18 months with Romano at the controls.
