In an exclusive interview with B&C Washington bureau chief John Eggerton, Powell fires back at the National Association of Broadcasters' latest volley, weighs in on new FCC chairman Tom Wheeler ("One of the best I've ever seen") and talks about getting into the ring on retrans.
