The FCC has issued its final opening bid prices in the first-ever broadcast incentive auction, but that is just one of a host of data sets TV station owners need to unpack before submitting their applications. The application window opens Dec. 1 and broadcasters will have only a little over two weeks (Dec. 18) to apply or forever hold their peace-latecomers will not be admitted. There are billions of dollars at stake, and not all of them in the top markets.
