Study: Streaming Video Is Still Experiencing Technical Difficulties

The article deals with a study conducted by U.S. technology company IBM which found out that streaming video is still experiencing technical difficulties despite its popularity. Problems related to buffering and audio syncing increased in 2017 compared to 2016 and some 81 percent of consumers experienced buffering. A graph is presented that shows incidences of several technological problems encountered by consumers in 2016 and 2017.
