Helen Parton: There appears to be a visual convergence of interior design in high-end residential, hotel, co-working and office spaces. Do you agree this is happening? Katherine Neathercoat: We are very much multi-sector. Workspace is a big area for us but residential and hospitality are equally strong. One PRS [private rental sector] client we're working with has 600 units and they're renting rather than selling them. We had co-working spaces, a theatre doubling as a meeting room, a bowling alley, refrigeration facilities, cycle storage and more. There we cross-pollinated residential and workspace design.
