A priori analysis of question-form reliability evaluation

摘要

During evaluation of question-forms we must consider an uncertainty of respondent reactions on the one side and uncertainty of evaluating by certain person on the other side. In our paper we propose a method of quantitative estimation with help of a priori reliability of scoring already during the preparation of question-form. The reliability of scoring is estimated by numeric indicator from < 0;1 > interval with help of fuzzy set technique.
