If you don't need to have at least one of the 10 aircraft we review this month, you might want to take up another hobby (knitting, anyone?). They're all impressive, from E-flite's Platinum Series AT-6 Texan (see it here first!) to a wild ready-to-go flying wing from ElectriFly, and even a small WW II P-47 from Thunder Tiger. My favorite, though, is the Phase 3 Flit from Global Hobby; it's simply one of the coolest little indoor flyers I've ever seen. It comes in an aluminum carrying case and can literally be flight ready in seconds. With a little practice, you can maneuver it in an incredibly small space and, if it accidentally hits a wall or a lamp, its wing (which is held in place with tiny magnets) just falls off and you put it back together. I'm not sure it's even possible to damage it, which is probably why I enjoy flying it so much. Check it out on page 52.
