Henry Castellanos is a pilot for the Customs and Border Protection Office of Air and Marine, one of the major components of the Department of Homeland Security's border strategy. He's also a talented RC model builder and flier, so when the agency acquired the Guardian, a 66-foot-span, one-of-a-kind unmanned aircraft vehicle (UAV), Henry knew he just had to build a smaller, electric version.
