If you are looking for a plane that is nothing like anything you've ever had before, we have a review for you! The new UMI Hyper Taxi from E-flite is a crossover plane that lands like a helicopter and files like a starfighter—or how I would imagine a starfighter flies. This plane reminds me a little of the Convair XFY Pogo Tailsitter. This experimental aircraft could land and take off from vertical position, much the same way the Hyper Taxi does. Now,! am sure that the pilots of the XFY Pogo Tailsitter wish they had the new AS3X system in their plane like the one that is in the Hyper Taxi, as it would have been a much easier plane to fly and land.
