The HobbyKing Skipper takes virtually no time to assemble; I was finished even before the battery was charged. I spent about an hour on assembly and programming, taking care making sure everything went together nicely. There is absolutely nothing difficult about building or flying the Skipper, and when you add in that it's extremely affordable and you get to fly it off water, you definitely have a winner.
