An Incomplete Picture: Wishing For More In Reports And Articles

Our nation's capital is the home of many things, but it is perhaps most productive in issuing reports. Many of the reports are useful summaries or analyses of important topics; whether they languish on a shelf or see implementation depends on the difficult translation from science (or insert other field) into policy and then into practice. Let me mention two reports and describe reactions to one in more detail.
