I want to take this opportunity to thank AWIS members and others who contributed to the Educational Foundation. Once again this year, special thanks go to Eric Rechel and the Amy Lutz Rechel Foundation for the significant contribution to the Amy Lutz Award and the predoctoral program more generally. Special thanks also go to the family of Kirsten Lorentzen for their continuing significant support of the award in her memory.
