Equitable Solutions for Retaining a Robust STEM Workforce: Beyond Best Practices is a new publication from AWIS that addresses work/ life interaction and the satisfaction needs faced by those entering STEM careers. Funded by the Elsevier Foundation, the book was premiered at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) annual meeting in Chicago on 15 February 2014.
