THE LEARNING CURVE LETTERS OF AGREEMENT (LOAs)

A letter of agreement (LOA) is usually a written document among two or more parties agreeing to certain things – services provided, agreed-upon action( s) during a given situation, expectations, etc. Oftentimes, airport management will enter into LOAs to ensure consistency in addressing both routine and emergency situations. This article will discuss LOA documents, suggestions for successfully entering into one, and ensuring all requirements and expectations are met and/or satisfied.
