Angling for access to greater pools of talent

But as AV and IT work more closely together, and as the number of so-called smart buildings and intelligent work environments grows, the pressure to find people with the requisite skillset increases. In our latest industry survey, we wanted to know what skills and qualifications are most in-demand within the AV industry, and how the skills gap can be closed.
