From way finding and driving food and beverage spend to delivering advertising and information, the digital transformation at the NEC exhibition venue in Birmingham needed to guarantee an exceptional end-to-end experience for visitors. The project, which was part of a broader facelift across the NEC campus to help position the NEC as a modern, technologically-advanced venue, saw Anna Valley implement digital solutions across Resorts World Arena, Arena Birmingham and the NEC.
