ARA Technical Advisory Paper Selected for SAE Congress 2017

ARA is proud to announce that the Technical Advisory Committee's paper on elec-tric and hybrid vehicles has been accepted for the SAE World Congress 2017. The paper will be discussed during a session entitled "LCA and Automotive Sustainability: Materials Production; Manufacturing; Use; End-of-Life." Discussion will focus on life cycle assessment and automotive sustainability with respect to materials, tools/technologies, and/or processes, in any phase of the automotive life cycle, materials production; manufecturing; use and/or end-of-life. Example topics included in this session can range from updates on the development of life cycle analysis databases for use by the national and international community, to energy efficient manufocturing, or parts reuse and remanufacturing, to mention a few.
