Domain-Invariant Software for Computer-Aided Systems for Allocating Spatial Objects

We describe the software structure and implementation for a domain-invariant constraint database in the data systems aimed at spatial allocation of objects. The N-oriented hypergraph was chosen as a software-independent method for object representation. Constraints are represented by the rules of the form "if A, then B." The basic software is a relational database management system. The rules are represented by a set-theoretical description and a description in a structured query language Transact SQL.
