Comments on 'Exponential stability of constrained receding horizon control with terminal ellipsoid constraints'

For original see J.W. Lee, ibid., vol. 45, pp. 83-88, Jan. 2000. This note points out that Theorem 3 in the above paper is not correct as its proof has two critical errors. This is illustrated via a simple counterexample.
