現在のわが国経済は拡大・回復局面にあるものの，少rn子高齢化や人口減少社会の到来，グローバル化と国際競rn争の激化，厳しい環境・エネルギー制約の高まりなど，rnさまざまな課題に直面している．%International standardization is one of the important tools to access, extent and gain global markets. Western countries, from the point of view, have participated in the international standardization activities of ISO and IEC as the mean to secure rights and interests. Though Japanese government and industries comprehend the importance of the international standards, the activities were not enough to progress the status and position of Japan in ISO and IEC. Therefore JISC has development the Action Plan for strengthening the national commitment to international activities. The Action Plan consists of four centerpieces; improving the consciousness of enterprise' executive officers about the importance of international standards, strengthening supports for proposing international standards, training experts of international standards, enforcing the relationship of Japan and Asian countries.
