Visual Inspection Equipment of solder Joints by Detecting Optical Flows

摘要

An electric equipment for inspecting solder joints gas been developed, because electronic components implemented into automobiles are getting smaller and smaller. Each of solder joints is gauged by observing the optical flow produced by changing the position of the most brilliant circle on the dome illumination. The equipment was implemented into mass-production of ABS control computers and applied to profile inspection of all solder joints in every substrate.
