Remarkable Ann Higdon, founder & president of Improved Solutions for Urban Systems (ISUS), has been named recipient of the 33rd Annual James R. Price/ Automated Builder Achievement in Housing Award. Each year for 33 years this award has been given to an individual in recognition of his or her lifetime contributions to the nation's housing industry. The award is chosen by majority vote of the Automated Builder Editorial Review Board. Nominations can be made by any member of the industry. Known to some in her region as simply "Awesome Ann," Ann Higdon's accomplishments in Dayton, OH are, quite literally, monumental in terms of rebuilding young people's lives while creating a renaissance in Dayton neighborhoods.
