Sydney based Focus Press has received the stamp of approval from the National Carbon Offset Standard (NCOS), certifying the company's carbon neutrality, meaning it only has one more step to become the first carbon neutral printer in the country. The final step in becoming carbon neutral for the company is to purchase carbon credits through Carbon Trade Exchange (CTX). Louise Pastro, sustainability manager, Focus Press says, "With CTX, we are able to select the projects we want our carbon credit purchases to go towards. At the moment, Focus Press contributes to three projects: a hydro project in China, the capture and utilisation of landfill gas in the USA, and a wind power project in India.
