Roland DG introduces benchtop VersaUV

Roland DG is offering a new benchtop flatbed UV inkjet printer, the VersaUV LEF-20, for the packaging, prototyping and custom promotional product markets. The LEF-20 prints directly onto a variety of substrates, including PET, ABS, polycarbonate, leather and fabric, and objects such as golf balls, key chains, pens, metal tablet covers, smart phone cases and awards. Roland says the unit prints at more than twice the speed -with CMYK and gloss varnish, and UV-LED lamp curing the ink - than the previous model.
