摘要

Toby Ford graduated from University of Queensland Medical School in 1984. After graduation he spent time in several Queensland public hospitals before entering a period of practice in rural and city locations. A period of time with the Flying Doctor service cemented his interest in rural health and wellbeing for remote people, in particular men. On returning from gaining experience overseas, he has committed to a career in preventative health for working aged men and women. This experience has expanded to clinical services, public speaking and the development of the organisational health risk management systems. In recent years he has focused his research to include wellness, performance and resilience studies.
