Flavour of the Australian wine industry on show

New directions geared toward improved taste, quality and market value of Australian wines are key drivers for the Australian Wine Industry Trade Exhibition (AWITE) which will be held in conjunction with the Technical Conference. The exhibition will feature more than 180 companies, providing visitors with the opportunity to learn about industry improvements and developments, including a new press which reduces preservatives, new liquid tannins and yeasts, along with comprehensive displays demonstrating the impact that barrels, staves and tanks have on wine taste and flavour. NuKorc will be launching its new synthetic closure for sparkling wine, NuSpark, at the AWITE, extending the company's range of closures.
