This research project carried out by the Sustainable Tourism Cooperative Research Centre (STCRC) focuses on the lifestyle aspects of food and wine tourism. The project comprises several studies including regional case studies and consumer research. This paper focuses on the enhancement factors that help build a food and wine experience, and consumer preferences regarding food and wine and related activities.
