Indian space programme

摘要

It is in the context of technologies and applications that ISRO has worked on a long-term EO strategy―mainly to serve as a "guiding" plan that defines a framework for the development of technologies and applications―specifically those that ar& relevant to meet the national requirements of EO. The future direction of ISRO's EO encompasses technological challenges and targeted milestones. Paradigms can change unexpectedly and radically over a short period of time, invalidating assumptions and making new strategies and plans necessary and possible. ISRO recognises that the continuous evolution and review of the Indian EO strategy is essential to evolve plans and programmes as external realities change. ISRO also recognizes that the Strategic Plan is not an end, but a beginning―a beginning of newer thought, newer approaches and newer methods of EO.
