Examines the relative merits of digital information platforms. Included are online sys- tems, CD-ROM, the Web and mobile distribution platforms. Proposed a methodology to assist in the determination of the relative merits f the platforms. Reach and Complexity are the two key characteristics used to 'type' the various platforms. Power Ratios are cal- culated for each platform. Considers the digital information platform of the future.
