BF-PlanetX II Inline High-speed Automated Optical Inspection System

The BF-PlanetX II adopts Saki Corporation's original alternate scanning method, which enables the capturing of multiple images at a time using a single scanning by the line scanning method. In order to realize even higher throughput, it is fitted with a newly developed CCD camera and lighting, and is capable of capturing an image of an M-size board (250 x 330mm) in about 10 seconds.
