Oceanfront Bungalow

I originally designed this bungalow for a luxury hotel in Bali, Indonesia, which was never built. I proposed that it be constructed in an oceanfront land in Colombia on the Caribbean sea as a prototype to study the costs and logistics of building. It is a single bedroom with a covered terrace, jacuzzi, and large bathroom. Everything is lifted on stilts 3.5 m high above the sand, for maximum privacy. Underneath the bungalow is an outdoor social area where hammocks are tied and hung between the structure's posts.
