On Estimation for Hydrodynamic Force Acting on a Ship Hull in Manoeuvring Motion

摘要

Generally speaking, stern shape of a ship such as a tanker gives strong effect on ma- noeuvring performance which has a close relation to the hydrodynamic forces acting on a ship hull. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the prediction method which can take the effect of ship's stern shapes into account in order to estimate the hydrodynamic forces.
