摘要

Results of calculation of the voltage drop across the base of p-i-n type photocell when the concentration of the effectively working recombination centers decreases in the process of external excitation of the material are presented. It is shown that the distribution of the nonequilibrium carrier concentration in the base can become periodic, which clearly indicates initiation of the self-organization processes. The magnitude and character of the voltage drop across the photocell base depend strongly on the concentration values at the boundaries, as well as on the quantity ωd, which is the ratio of the base length to the new characteristic length of the concentration distribution.
