Results are presented of comparison of tracking solar photoelectric facilities (SPEF) with multitransition photoconverters (PEC) and solar radiation (SR) concentrators and fixed planar SPEFs with silicon PECs regarding their specific energy production. Relations to determine the real SPEF efficiencies as a function of the atmospheric mass value are presented. The annual sums are calculated of the specific electric energy transferred from the SPEF to the mains network. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
