摘要

Ternary sulfur (S)-/silicon dioxide (SiO_2)-itrogen-doped graphene (NG) composite has been prepared by simple heat treatment. Morphological study illustrates the well dispersion of sulfur in the layered structure of SiO_2-NG. The initial specific capacity of S-SiO_2-NG composite delivers 1204 mAh g~(-1), and it maintains the capacity of 716 mAh g~(-1) during the 100th cycle at 0.1 C rate with 96% of Coulombic efficiency. The enhanced cycling performance of S-SiO_2-NG cathode is mainly attributed to the combined contribution from both SiO_2 and NG.
