摘要

Terahertz spectroscopy is applied for characterizing the high frequency transport of electrons in polycrys-talline ZnO films deposited by spray pyrolysis. Electromod-ulation of the charge carrier density provides the frequency dependent conductivity of the electron gas. Amplitude and phase of the high frequency response are well reproduced by the Drude-Smith model.
