摘要

The values of responsivities and detectivities described in the original paper were wrong.~1 The factor "π" was missing in the formula used to calculate the black-body spectral densities. Therefore, the reported values of the responsivities as well as the detectivities were a factor of n too large. The responsivity for 45° wedge-based light coupling configuration should be cor­rected to 7 mA/W (D* = 2.5 × 10~7 cm W~(-1) Hz~(1/2)) instead of 22mA/W (£>* = 8.0 × 10~7 cm W~(-1) Hz~(1/2)) at room temperature. As for the cleaved-facet-incidence scheme, the value of the responsivity at room temperature should be corrected to ~40 mA/W (D* = 3.5 × 10~7 cm W~(-1) Hz~(1/2)) as distinct from the value of ~130mA/W (D* = 1.1 × 10~8 cm W~(-1) Hz~(1/2)). The corrected fig­ures are given here. The corrections made here do not affect the conclusions of the paper.
