摘要

Wave propagation in fluid-saturated solid medium is numerically studied in this paper. Localized differential quadrature (LDQ) method is used, together with the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. Detailed discretization model is described, and numerical examples are used to demonstrate the validity of the numerical method used in the present paper. The results obtained from the LDQ method and closed-form analytical solutions are in good agreement. The method is applicable to wave propagation in one- and two-dimensional poroelastic media.
