ELSA, Inc. is a Tier 1 automotive supplier of fuel tanks, exhaust systems, and other structural base parts for major automotive manufacturers, including Ford, Isuzu, Mazda, Mitsubishi, and Subaru. Elsa is a subsidiary of Sakamoto Industries, a leading automotive supplier in Japan. As ELSA expanded its business, it quickly encountered its information technology (IT) limitations, including an inability to handle increased capacity using its legacy systems. ELSA's growing list of customers created a demand for more of its products to meet higher quality standards with greater efficiency.
