INNOVATIVE DISASSEMBLY STRATEGIES BASED ON FLEXIBLE PARTIAL DESTRUCTIVE TOOLS

Recycling concepts, as they are required in the actual waste management legisla- tion, often need the development of disassembly processes to assure, i.e. an efficient sepm ration of hazardous materials, or the accumulation of worthy ingredients for forther recov- ery. Therefore methods and tools have to be found in order to determinate law-conformal and economic disassembly strategies. Further efficient disassembly processes and tool have to be developed, considering the specific reqirements. In this contribution is given an overview of the actual Gerinan legislative situation regard- ing waste management. After an analysis of the caracteristics of disassembly an approach for computer aided disassembly planing is presented. In the last part of the papor are shown some innovative disassembly tools.
