Developing Regional Water Plans in Southern Texas

The Lower Rio Grande Valley (LRGV) has experienced sustained growth over the last several decades and is projected to double in size over the next 50 years. This article discusses the Rio Grande Regional Water Authority's project to address the collective needs of eight counties, including the four counties making up the LRGV.
