Living sculptures

There is a fine line between art, architecture and engineering and it is getting finer as the boundaries once separating these creative industries break down. Preconceptions about what they mean, technological advances and more money have seen to that. Art is no longer classed as something you merely look at and artists and designers are adopting mechanical engineering skills and techniques to transform installations and sculptures into objects and machines with functions.
