The hydrogenation of organic compounds is a reaction of great industrial importance. It is used for the production of various compounds from petroleum products to natural products including useful hydrocarbons. Hydrogenation also played a significant role in the utilization of biomass for sustainable fuel which is a dedicated source of energy for the replacement of non-renewable fossil fuel.1
