摘要

Zeolite membrane were fabricated with a roller assebmly whilernrolling through a heated aluminosilicate gel in 1 hour. Zeolite layerrnwas grown within the pores of the PES support with individualrncrystals on top of the support. Zeolite Y layer within PES supportrnwas characterized with XRD and SEM. With PDMS coating, zeoliternmembranes have CO_2 permeance of 1880 GPU and CO_2/N_2rnselectivity of 34. Demonstration of zeolite membrane under roll-torollrnsynthesis conditions opens up the potential of large scalernmanufacture of zeolite membranes with decreased costs.
